2018
In 2018 Bridgewater Police Department raised $6,000 for America’s VetDogs. This donation was enough to name a puppy and the Foundation chose the name Cruiser. Cruiser is a black lab who was born in January 2019 and is being raised at Old Colony Correctional Center as a service dog for disabled veterans. His weekend family is Race Director Rebekah Caylor as she and her family had already raised 5 precious puppies with the organization. The Foundation felt that it was important that Cruiser be raised in the community that funded him.
