“Introduction to Women’s Self Defense” will be held on April 30 and May 7, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Bridgewater Sports Complex, 350 Bedford Street (off Route 18). This is a progressive two-week course instructed by Bridgewater Police Sergeant Carl MacDermott and Bridgewater Police Officer Scott Hile. This training is offered to women ages 15 and older. Learn the best techniques to protect yourself through demonstrations and interactions between students and instructor. The cost is a $35 donation with proceeds going to the Plymouth County Drug and Alcohol Resistance Education Summer Camp.
