“Introduction to Women’s Self Defense” will be held on Nov. 10 and Nov. 17, 2019 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Bridgewater Senior Center, 10 Wally Krueger Way (off Route 18). This is a progressive two-week course instructed by Bridgewater Police Lt. Carl MacDermott and Bridgewater Police Sgt. Scott Hile. This training is offered to women ages 15 and older. Learn the best techniques to protect yourself through demonstrations and interactions between students and instructor. The cost is a $25 donation with proceeds going to the Project PACK.
