On June 13th at approx 2:45 pm Bridgewater Police responded to a 911 call from Mechanics Cooperative Bank, located at 72 Main St. Bridgewater, in reference to the bank being robbed.
Investigating Officers revealed that a white male approx. 5’-6”tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and dark color jeans, walked into the bank and handed one of the tellers a note demanding money. The suspect did not show or say he had a weapon. The suspect then fled the building on foot. No one was injured or harmed at the scene.
The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash. During the investigation, investigators were able to obtain two eyewitness Identifications of the suspect, as well as surveillance video.
As a result, on June 14th the Bridgewater Police obtained an arrest warrant, through Brockton District Court for:

Charges: Robbery, Unarmed/ Bank Robbery 30 Highland St. Apt 8-c Larceny Over $250 Taunton Mass. Threat to Commit Crime/ Assault
The suspect was arrested this evening by Taunton Police at approx. 6:30pm The suspect was transported to the Bridgewater Police Department. He will be arraigned on Monday morning.
